Hancote

Hanchoe is one of oromos traditional food which is eaten during meskel and other festivals.Anchote is a popular tuberous crop in the western Oromia region (especially in the Wellega zone). The crop holds a good regard in the area due to it close traditional ties with the Oromo people.
